As a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, emotion regulation challenges, and other mental health issues. I work with youth, families, and siblings to build resilience and understand the connection between thoughts and emotions, with a focus on neurodivergent individuals and their families.
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Exposure and Response Prevention for anxiety disorders. My approach is guided by strengths-based perspectives, attachment theory, and neuroscience.
I offer individual and family therapy for those aged 6 and up, with services provided virtually from my practice in Mississauga, Ontario.
